Edward S. Gazsi is a highly recognized freelance illustrator whose list of prominent clients include National Geographic Magazine, HarperCollins Publishers, Harcourt Brace, Tor Books, Kletmer Advertising, Scholastic Book Fairs, Readers' Digest and American Library. Mr. Gazsi studied fine arts and illustration at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Arts and Sciences in New York City, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Mr. Gazsi furthered his education with post
graduate studies at Brooklyn College. Edward Gazsi's work has been exhibited in private galleries in New York, New Jersey and Florida and has been part of several New York Society of Illustrators travelling exhibitions. In 1988 he received a Gold Medal at the New York Society of Illustrators' Thirtieth Annual Show of American Illustration. He also recieved numerous Certificates of Merit from the New York Society of Illustrators and an Award of Excellence from Communications Arts Magazine.

Mr. Gazsi resides in Bayonet Point, Florida with his family where he has completed his fifth fully illustrated children's book. He is an instructor at the International Academy of Design in Tampa, Florida where he teaches such courses as drawing, human anatomy and illustration techniques. In addition, he is a much sought after public speaker.
